No, It is a one time charge of .99 cents every time you text in.

How can I stop the TEXT TO PARTY VIP MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTION?
If you were signed up to receive the monthly information, reply "STOP" to cancel and you will no longer receive any party information or charges from TEXT TO PARTY.
How many times can I use text to Party?
You can use it as many times as you want. We recommend no more than 3 times daily.
How will I be billed?
When you accept the charges on your mobile phone you will be billed every time you reply "yes" to accept the one time charge. .99 will show up on your phone bill as a premium service.
Can I get a refund if not satisfied?
All charges are final, Unless it was an error by Text To Party. If you have problems with your bill contact your service provider.

"I haven't received the party information. What is the problem?
1) If you are using a Metro PC phone you will not receive any information. Text To Party system is not compatible with Metro PC.
2) Wait for a few minutes, there might be a delay between your mobile device and your phone company.
3) Your phone must be a Text message enable phone and you must have a text message plan on your phone.
4) If your phone is turned off, or is in an area without coverage (such as inside an elevator), your carrier holds the message and delivers it as soon as you re-enters a coverage area.
